From the East/M5 Motorway
Leave the motorway at Junction 30 and follow signs to Dawlish, A379. This is the 3rd Exit from the roundabout and is dual carriage way.
Carry on towards Dawlish and bear left, towards the A379 and you will filter onto Rydon Lane, dual carriage way.
You will arrive at Countess Wear roundabout where you take the 2nd exit, Dawlish and A379. This will take you over the Exe River and the Exeter canal and you will arrive at the Matford roundabout.
Take the first exit, towards Dawlish and Exminster.
Within half a mile turn right of the village bypass to enter the village of Exminster.
As you go through the village, you will pass on your right, a small parade of shops including a Tesco Local. Quarter of a mile later you will come to Berry Brook Garage, immediately after this turn right into Exminster Hill.
Proceed along the lane, past the Exminster Golf Centre, for approximately 1 mile and you will see the entrance to Crablake Farm on you left.
Do not worry if you miss the turning into the village from the main round, carry on along the bypass until you reach a roundabout, take the 3rd exit into the village and the turning for Exminster Hill will be on your left after approximately a quarter of a mile.
